Autonomous SDLC agents + Headless 360 via MCP

Architected a suite of autonomous Dev/QA/DevOps agents that ingest Azure DevOps work items, execute end-to-end, and emit structured resolution summaries — with human approval gates between stages. Implemented Headless 360 by configuring Salesforce Hosted MCP Servers (SObject Reads + Apex REST) and an External Client Application authenticating Claude as an external AI agent. Rebuilt a 2-month OmniStudio app as a production-quality LWR application in 2 days using Claude Code.

Designed two net-new portals for iA's Total Benefit Platform — a Worker Portal and an Admin Portal — delivered concurrently on LWR-based Experience Cloud and OmniStudio. Architected a reusable LWC and FlexCard component library; defined Person Account architecture and led ERD prep for the benefit-management data model.

Led the migration of Telus's B2B order flow from legacy AngularJS to a modern LWC/OmniStudio stack with full multi-language support. Built and launched the live B2C Smartphone portal at visible.com/smart-phones — live consumer traffic at Verizon scale — using Vlocity OmniScripts and Cart/Basket APIs. Integrated Affirm (BNPL), Braintree (payments), Firebase, and APIGEE across a high-availability consumer product. Built an Agent Console Lightning App providing Customer View 360 using Vlocity Cards and Templates.
